Cancellation and Booking Policy

Appointment Confirmation 

On the day of your appointment, we will send you an email confirmation. You will also receive an SMS confirmation 48 hours before your appointment. We ask that you reply Yes or No to this SMS as you receive it.

 

Policy on Cancellation and No-Show

Everyone’s time is precious, and we will do everything we can to respect our clients’ time.
As a result, in order to provide the best possible experience for our clients, we require at least 48 hours notice to postpone or cancel appointments.

If a client does not show up for an appointment, the time cannot be given to another client. As a result, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice if you need to postpone or cancel your appointment. A $50 fee will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows. We understand that life happens and that sometimes you just can’t make it to your appointment, but we ask that you notify us and cancel your appointment as soon as possible.

 

Policy on Refunds

If you change your mind about purchasing products or services, Bloome has a ‘no refund’ policy. In addition, our “no refund” policy applies to medical procedures (including injectables) as well as dermal treatments and procedures. Please keep in mind that our treatments, services, and packages are not transferrable to other people and cannot be exchanged for other treatments or services. Furthermore, reservation costs are normally non-refundable but can be carried forwards as a credit on the system. Retail products can be refunded if they are still in their original packaging and are unused.

Payments are due on the day of the visit, usually after the treatment has been completed.
